I'm Deb, and I have almost 30 years of experience as a Controller in the car business.
Through the years, I have learned the ins and outs of the business, and am adept at organizing and creating workflows to keep the information flowing between departments in an efficient way that maximizes profitability, while also streamlining information flow and maintaining internal controls.
I believe that solid processes and employee training are the keys to an organization that is able to thrive amid employee turnover and changing economic and industry conditions.
I have a keen ability to see problems and readily identify solutions. I am also skilled at developing the workflows and processes necessary to resolve issues in the short term and create checks and balances to prevent them from arising again in the future.
